Jammu, Mar 15 (KNO): Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) Kupwara, Mir Muhammad Fayaz, on Saturday claimed that doctors in his native district are managing transfers by citing excuses like security concerns. During the Question Hour, as per news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), Mir pointed out that medicos posted in Kupwara district are using security concerns as a pretext to secure transfers to Srinagar and other places. Mir further demanded a complete ban on the private practice of medicos, saying, “They serve only two to three hours in hospitals and spend the rest of their time in their private clinics.”—(KNO)
